For Sale

Yes, we are putting our house up for sale!  We have decided it is time to downsize and reduce our monthly expenses because I need to be at home.  No more flying all over the world 6-8 days a month!  We are trusting in the Lord as we step forward, trying to sell our house in a bad market and trying to find a house that will meet our needs and new budget.  Please be in prayer for us as we make the decisions and follow thru with the actions necessary for us to live on 1 income.  It is an exciting and scary time for us as we step forward in faith!!

Scallop Pumpkin

 Isn't it the cutest little pumpkin.  I used about 8 scallop circles, embossed them, scored them down the middle, and glued them together.  I did cut off a few scallops at the bottom so it would stand up.  I have a few of them decorating my bookshelves at home.   Hope this inspires you to do something festive today!  If you bake a pie make sure to save me a piece :)

Giant Nugget Box

This is my latest project.  A Giant Nugget Box with 6 cards that are 3x3 and 3 Hersey's nuggets.  I got the idea and directions from inkingidaho.blogspot.com .  The owl and the scallop shapes are both
Stampin' Up punches.  I love my punches!  I think I could be called a punchaholic :)  I am making several of these as Thank You gifts and Christmas gifts.  Hope asked me to make one for her teacher.  I have another punch project I made that I will post tomorrow--until then!!

New to Blogging

I think I just figured out how to create a blog! I can learn new things! The title explains who I am, my priorities and probably the different things I will be posting about. Pray--God comes first in my life and I am continually seeking to grow in my relationship with Him. Love--is my family and friends. With 3 kids, I will definitely be posting about them! Eat--I am not getting any younger. In the last month, I having been trying to transition my family to whole foods. I will be posting about my wins and losses in the kitchen! Stamp--what I love to do! When I have free time, I love to craft and most of it involves stamping. I recently signed up as a Stampin' Up Demonstrator. Maybe I should have created another word too, Fly--it what I have done for the last 17 years! You know how they say hindsight is 20/20 :) I hope the creation of this Blog will add to my life and the life of those who read it. Too the start of a new venture!!
